I'm having trouble redeeming/sending XRP. What should I do?

Each exchange has a different process for trading XRP, and their customer support, policies, and practices vary widely. It is recommended that you perform your own due diligence before trusting any third party or third-party technology. Please contact the exchange, who may have more information about the status of your transaction. If you have sent XRP to an address that requires a destination tag:

  • Please check that your destination tag is incorrect. If you do not have an existing destination tag or the destination tag is incorrect, you will need to contact the receiving wallet/exchange to find your XRP and see if they can credit your account. You can verify that the transaction was correctly received by checking the XRP Ledger. This link can help you check your account and transaction activity.
  • If you entered the correct destination tag and still do not see the transaction, there may be delays in the exchange properly crediting your account with XRP. You will need to contact the exchange directly.
