About Ambire Wallet

What is Ambire Wallet?

Ambire is a next-generation Web3 wallet focused on the DeFi and EVM ecosystems. Ambire is the first power-user wallet to be launched as a web application, unlike most non-mobile wallets that are browser extensions. The team believes that installing a browser extension is a huge barrier for both crypto newbies and crypto-curious users coming from a technical background who may have security concerns about extensions. An extension will be added later whose sole purpose is to enable connections to dApps that do not support WalletConnect. Ambire is open source (https://github.com/ambireTech/wallet) and built with security in mind, with multiple audits of the smart contracts and UI.

What are the main features of the Ambire Wallet?

  • Hardware wallet support: Trezor and Ledger, coming soon to Grid+ Lattice1 via WalletConnect
  • Connect any dApp Automatic transaction fee management
  • Pay transaction fees in stablecoins
  • Automatic dashboard for all assets: deposits for tokens, NFTs and DeFi protocols
  • Transaction preview: human-friendly description of its features, step by step, before signing a transaction Built-in swaps and cross-chain transfers
