What is Binance pre-market trading? Who can participate?

Binance pre-market trading allows users to trade selected tokens before they are officially listed on the Binance spot market. This provides users with many advantages, such as being the first to experience the latest tokens (not just Launchpool projects), taking advantage of early price discovery mechanisms for strategic positioning, and selling Launchpool token rewards before the official opening. Even if you do not plan to participate in Binance pre-market trading, you can gain a keen insight into market trends during this period and predict the performance of tokens after listing.

Who can participate in pre-market trading?

Binance pre-market trading is not open to all users, but if you have completed account verification and live in a supported region, you can participate in pre-market trading. Both regular users and master accounts (for advanced users) can join. Starting October 2024, subaccounts will not be able to participate in Binance pre-market trading.

5. In pre-market trading, there is no restriction on selling tokens. You can sell any number of tokens you hold to lock in existing profits before the official opening.

6. After the pre-market trading period ends, the tokens will enter the Binance spot market and support withdrawals, deposits, transfers and normal spot trading.

Risks of Binance Pre-Market Trading

Since you are trading before the token is officially listed, price fluctuations may be greater than usual. This means that you may not be able to get the price you want when you buy or sell. Therefore, it is important to keep a close eye on market movements and do sufficient research. Please note that unfilled pre-market orders will be automatically cancelled at the end of the pre-market trading period.

In addition, pre-market trading is not open to all users. It is restricted by geographical location and only users who have completed account identity verification can participate. Therefore, please be sure to check Binance's relevant rules to confirm whether you are eligible.

Benefits of Binance Pre-Market Trading

Early Access to Tokens:Traders can trade tokens before they are officially listed, and make arrangements in advance based on market insights and trend predictions, seize the opportunity, and obtain more favorable trading positions.

High Liquidity:As the world's largest cryptocurrency trading platform, Binance ensures high liquidity, making it easier for traders to complete transactions at the expected price.

No additional fees:Binance does not charge additional fees for pre-market trading beyond standard spot trading fees, making it a cost-effective way to be the first to experience new tokens.

Earning opportunities for Launchpool participants:Once users earn token rewards through Binance Launchpool, they can sell them immediately when the pre-market trading platform opens, locking in potential gains before the token is officially listed.
