Binance currently offers three loan products: Demand Loan, Deposit and Loan, and VIP Loan. Please note that each product has its own terms and conditions. Please make sure to read and agree to the Binance Demand Loan Terms and Conditions before using Binance Deposit Loan.
1. Demand Loan
With Demand Loan, users can get additional liquidity on top of their existing assets. This product uses assets from Binance's principal-guaranteed coin Demand product as collateral, allowing you to continue to earn annualized returns during the loan period, thereby improving the efficiency of your capital use.
Demand Loan is an over-collateralized independent loan product that can be used for a long time as long as the required collateral is maintained. This is called the collateral-to-value ratio (LTV). As long as the user meets the LTV requirements, Demand Loan can be used indefinitely.
If the LTV rises rapidly, you will receive a margin call and need to increase collateral or repay to reduce the LTV. Please keep a close eye on your LTV to avoid forced liquidation.
Assets borrowed through Binance Deposit Loan can be used for trading on Binance, purchasing financial products, and investing in more assets. The service supports a variety of cryptocurrencies, including popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), SOL, BNB, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC.
2. Binance Deposit and Loan Easy
Deposit and Loan Easy provides users with more stablecoin lending options with fixed and predictable interest rates. The annualized interest rate remains unchanged throughout the order period, ensuring a stable experience for both borrowers and depositors.
3. Binance VIP Loan
Binance VIP Loan is an institutional-level service designed for Binance VIP users, supporting fixed and demand interest rates, and can integrate assets from multiple accounts to optimize capital efficiency.
